Knit One Pearl One

Good morning lovely blog readers!
Another Saturday & another card to share!
This one was made using the Flippin’ Families CD Rom from La Pashe
La Pashe

The card base is a Square label Flip Card,
also available on the La Pashe website
I love the humour of these cards, all normal on the front & then,
disaster strikes on the inside in the form of playful kitties!
I added some little balls of wool & a pair of cocktail stick knitting pins!
The papers & sentiment are also from the CD Rom.
If you don't fancy the CD Rom, you can find some pre printed or
instant download sheets on the website too!
Thanks for popping in, I do hope you like my card!

Cherry Blossom Pink

Good Morning all!
Here I am with this weeks Just Inklined card!
This time, I have a CAS offering!

The image I have used is Cherry Blossom
A perfect image for Spring time!
It's so versatile, I've used it often  for many different occasions
& coloured it up in many different hues!
This one was made for someone in hospital!
Here's a closer look at the image!

Coloured up with a mix of flexmarkers & promarkers
then matted onto some pink CS which actally matches better then it looks
in the photo! The Papers I have used are from the First Edition,
Bird Cage stack! I love these papers!
I used a Tonic Border Punch for the matt.

You can see from this little side view that I've decorated the inside of the card too!
Thanks for stopping by, I hope you like my card!

Ribbon & lace

Good morning all!
Happy hump day! Not long now till the weekend!
I'm so looking forward to Easter break & four days off in a row!
It's time for  a brand new challenge over at
Where the theme this time is Ribbon & Lace!
Here's what I created!

A little primitave style Christmas card using a sponsor image
from Limited Runs Digital Stamps called
The base is Kraft card& the paper I have used is from my stash.
Here's a closer look at the image!

I coloured her up in pastel pinks with a mix of Promarkers & flexmarkers
The Snowflake ribbon is from Lidl & is from last year, if not
the year before! The lace is from my local haberdashers's bargain basket.
(I do love a bargain!)
Such a sweet image. I cut her out with a nestie label die.

I ran a running stitch along the ribbon & the lace then pulled them up
to make this little rosette!
The sentiment is done on the pc.
As the card is a bit rough on the inside, I'll add a simple paper insert.
Thanks for stopping by & I hope you can play in the new challenge.
I'd like to enter my card in a few challenges:
Holly Jolly Christmas - The Reason For The Season
Sparkles Forum Christmas - Inspired By A Christmas Carol/Song (let it snow)
