La Pashe Nativity

Morning all!
It's Saturday! Are you all set for a lovely weekend?
I know I'm raring to go!
I have a card to share with you, made using decoupage from the latest

 La Pashe CD Rom

This is Nativity from the Christmas Box CD Rom
I made a little 5"x5" square card & added a stable front to the image!

Here's a closer look at the Nativity Scene!
Isn't it adorable?

A little side view of my card, you can see the dimension & the
little wooden sheep embellishment looking on!
Thanks for popping in!
Have a great day!

Park Entrance

Good Morning all!
It's Thursday! Whoopee, almost the weekend!
Time for a card for Just Inklined!

This is an Anniversary card I made for my niece & her husband.
The image I have used is Park Entrance.
I think it's quite a romantic image but I guess it could be used for lot's of occasions!
I used a stepper card base!

The image was coloured with my usual mix of Flexmarkers & Promarkers
then matted on to some dark pink CS.
The DP is from American Crafts. I just love it & I know my niece would too!

I added lots of  Woodware self adhesive lace to embelish.
I guess I was thinking there might be a little tearoom
in that park with tea & cakes! Yum Yum! lol
Thanks so much for popping in today!
I do hope you like my card!

Sympathy Card

Good Morning All,
The card I have to share with you today is one of those difficult ones to make.
Especially when it is a young person who has passed away.

I didn't want to go with sombre colours as I feel
a young persons life should be celebrated.
I'm sure we all feel differently about this but I like to think of
a young soul soaring, finally free of pain & suffering!
I went for a simple design, on an A6 tentfold card.
The CS is linen embossed, I like the texture.
I added matt of coloured CS & a panel which was embossed with
a Cuttlebug Swirls embossing folder.

I found the quote on the internet. So apt as it's by
Robert Louis Stevenson who was from our very own Edinburgh.
Cut out with a nestie & inked with Spun Sugar DI
whilst still in the die. A few little pearls added at the corners.

A sheer ribbon bow to finish off.
Thanks for popping in.
