Blue For You!

Good morning all!
It's Wednesday already can you believe it!
Time for the new challenge at
This time it's a colour challenge
Use two or more shades of Blue

The image I have used is Benny Hanna, don'tcha just love him!
I brought him to life with my Promarkers, then inked the
edges with a little chalk ink pad!
I tried to come up with a real punny sentiment but I'm afraid
all I could think of was "don't lose your head"
I did find a fab new free font called MA Fishy though!
As you can see, I made a Gatefold Card.
I love this style of card!

The paper I used was from the Oragami papers I have in my stash.

I decorated the inside of the card to complement the outside!

As you can see I used a length of royal blue ribbon from
my stash to tie around it!
I'm still working with a limited amount of craft stuff as the house
is still upside down! I can't wait until it all gets sorted out so I can
find some suitable furniture to house my stash in the spare bedroom!
Don't forget to check out the other DT creations at
Dude Time Doodles
I can't wait to see your BLUE creations!

Mangled!

Happy Tuesday Bloggers!
It's all go here! All sorts going on!
Time for the New Release Image Showcases at
Debbie has created some lovely "Laundry Day" Images
these will be in the shop today

I used the Mangle & Dolly Peg images as well as the sentiment!

I changed the colour in MS Word
(the lovely Ms Leesa has done a tutorial here to show you how)
& added some text I found on Google,
It's the medical definition of mangle!

Here's a closer look at the Sentiment & the Dolly Pegs

The papers I have used are from The First Edition Hide Away stack.
The floral one is glittered, I'm not sure if you can see it sparkle in the photo!
I used the MS Doily Punch, inked the edges & added some Gems for a bit of bling!

I decorated the inside of the card to reflect the outside!
I hope you like it!
Don't forget to check out the other fabby DT creations at

It's Not Square!

Good Morning lovely Bloggers

It's Sunday & it's time for a new challenge at The Crafty Pad!
You're gonna love this one!
it's Team A's turn to host the challenge!
The lovely Diane has chosen the theme
Without Further ado, here's my card!
I have used
Freebie - Christmas Ted With Bauble and
one of the Christmas Sentiment Tickets
from The Crafty Pad Designs

I made a little round easel card! Loving these at the moment!
I was inspired to make this card by this photo!

Before I forget here are our wonderful sponsors for this week!

£10 to spend in the lovely Lorraines shop
and
Vibrant Tones Promarkers
Well worth playing for!

The base card was cut out with my largest scalloped circle nestie.
The cardstock is actually a shimmery gold but looks a bit like Kraft in the photos!
I coloured the image with a mix of promarkers & flexmarkers
and added some stickles for a little bit of sparkle!

The Design paper is a Christmas one from Papermania
& has been in my stash for ages! It has a lovely linen texture!
The flourishes are a Sizzix Die. I added touches of stickles
to those too!

Here he is again! I do just love these little cards,
I hope you do too!
