Ahoy There Matey's

Happy Wednesday all!
It's time for the new challenge at Dude Time Doodles!
Are you ready & raring to go??
This week for our Inspirational Challenge
The Theme is
We want to see "Buttons" on your projects for "Dude's"
Here's my card

I made a little scalloped circle easel card.
I used my largest nestie to cut it out!
I used the next size down for the DP & cut out the image
with a plain circle die.
The papers are from my K&Co Hopscotch Boy pad!

I've been dying to work with this little guy for ages!
He was semi retired but has been made to walk the plank once again
to search for treasure or is it to drink Rum???
You can find him hiding in the Dude Time Doodles Store
I coloured him up with my usual mix of Flexmarkers & Promarkers
The gold anchor charm was originally silver coloured,
it was coloured with promarkers too then added with some twine!

The sentiment is from Dude Time Doodles too!
If you look closely you can see the designs on my buttons,
the little one has a fish & the lager an anchor!
Thanks for dropping by!
I hope you enjoyed your visit!

To Die For

Good morning lovely bloggers!
It's time for the new challenge at The Crafty Pad!
It was my turn to choose the theme this week & I chose
Basically, we want to see your projects using Dies/Punches!
Here's my little offering!
I made a little A6 Easel card using gold card stock which has been in my stash forever!
The image I have used is of course from
The Crafty Pad Designs
The Circle Sentiment is also from The Crafty Pad Designs
The papers I've used were from Papermania & have been
in my stash for a long while!

I coloured the image with a combination of Promarkers & Flexmarkers
then added some stickles for a bit of sparkle.
The image was then die cut with an oval nestie & matted onto a
scalloped oval of the gold cardstock!

The sentiment was cut with a circle die them matted onto a scalloped circle!
I added some holly leaves & berries which were punched out using a Tonic punch.
I added some stickles to them too!
Thanks for stopping by to check out my humble little offering!
Don't forget to check out the awesome makes on the Crafty Pad challenge blog.
